CakePro provides bakery management software including but not limited to point-of-sale systems, inventory management, online ordering, customer management, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

CakePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, but these terms shall remain in effect with respect to any prior use of our services.
